Booking & Treatment Policy

Studio Information
SKIN by Lilli PMU Studio is owned and operated by Lilliana Escobar (Lilli), a certified Permanent Makeup (PMU) Artist, Trainer, and Specialist.

Services include Permanent Makeup (PMU), PMU removals, lash lifts, brow services, hair growth and restoration treatments, microneedling, and scar camouflage.

Lilliana Escobar is Bloodborne Pathogen certified and follows strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with industry protocols.

Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary by service and will be applied toward your total service balance. Remaining balances are due on the day of service.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Appointments arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be forfeited.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may require a new deposit.

Previous permanent makeup work must be reviewed and approved before booking. Appointments booked without approval may result in loss of deposit.

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or failure to follow booking policies may result in refusal of future appointments.

Client Responsibility and Consent
By booking an appointment, clients confirm they are in good health and agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect treatment.

Clients understand that results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Clients understand that paramedical treatments such as scar camouflage and hair growth restoration may require multiple sessions and results vary more significantly based on skin condition and healing response.

All procedures carry some risk, which will be explained before treatment. Written consent is required before any service is performed.

Aftercare Instructions
Proper aftercare is essential for healing and results.

Clients must follow all aftercare instructions for 14 days after treatment.

During this time, avoid:
• Excessive sweating and strenuous exercise
• Swimming, hot tubs, saunas, and steam
• Sun exposure and tanning
• Laser treatments and chemical peels
• Active skincare products on the treated area
• Picking, scratching, or touching the area
• Makeup on the treated area until fully healed

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect healing, pigment retention, and results, and may require additional correction fees.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical information and following all instructions provided.

SKIN by Lilli is not liable for outcomes related to non compliance with aftercare or undisclosed medical conditions.

Policy Updates
SKIN by Lilli reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The most current version will apply to all bookings.

Agreement
By booking an appointment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
